Project Overview

Pathwork is a modern microlearning platform designed to help organizations unlock the potential of their employees through bite-sized training. Built for HR professionals and learning managers, the system is currently being used by companies and NGOs throughout Bangladesh. The platform focuses on making learning engaging, measurable, and accessible—directly supporting workplace skill development and growth.

Problem Statement

Traditional training programs are often lengthy, difficult to retain, and hard to scale. Many employers in Bangladesh lacked a flexible, lightweight solution for continuous employee development. There was a need for a mobile-first, gamified learning platform that allowed employees to learn at their own pace, with trackable results and clear incentives.

Visual Design

  • Pathwork's interface is designed with simplicity and productivity in mind. Clean cards, progress bars, and minimal UI clutter make learning intuitive.

  • Bright but professional color schemes were chosen to make the platform feel energetic and focused.

  • The quiz and reward modules use visual cues and animations to reinforce progress and success.
